现在staple的广告上发现一则关于诺顿软件的on-sale广告，实在是弄不明白！
买当时原价$60, mail-in rebate $30; *Upgrade Mail-in -$30 Rebate 这么说难道就是免费的了？
不明白的是upgrade mail-in rebate 是什么意思（以下为产品注释：）

OEMs buy computers in bulk and customize them for a particular application. They then sell the customized computer under their own name. The term is really a misnomer because OEMs are not the original manufacturers -- they are the customizers.
