0 {' ]( j' E  \Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
& H2 g5 z, _% B- a# aAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
4 U  q# Q4 @0 x+ VSell merchandise to customers
8 {1 J1 y& w& X1 EResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
# _5 j" `1 t  W" ~! ?3 V& tMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- h0 B! L6 w- b: s. nHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

  X, B6 v! q; P2 g         Completion of secondary school is required
        2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
