Job description:
& ?/ Z# y1 |$ y; o' {& Q- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
1 B& V, `( o/ F' D  k- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
4 W( x4 z8 k# n& T% I+ Z  x- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
& o9 j, y0 s; M+ k  T9 N, L0 B) K8 \- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
# P2 K- e+ b9 h$ w- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
