I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约

8 ~7 _# G& z# G0 ?$ g8 [I think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page.  The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.

  I" }9 ^" ~0 R. C6 vDo you think so？ if every body follows论坛公约, we will feel more comfortable as browsing the web side.
