Is looking for a long-term Full-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

! Q, P& q) ]* \$ t: v4 M( \-Paying attention to details;
6 M/ S2 w* g( D9 W% w- Good time management and organizational skills required;
-Post-secondary education preferred;
& U. f, K/ r' A" p-previously related office experience preferred;
0 o" F/ \8 t6 b- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
( \4 S* e2 W/ k# U! {- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
