1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

' A/ m- ^- @+ T% v% S3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
. n& P/ T; w+ @! a e7 q+ d0 }# F4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)

sugar 40g+30g0 M0 i$ b3 `/ A9 B& ~5 D! E9 ~1 D
vanilla extract 1/2tsp, _- T$ i/ ] a9 Q# x

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled# {' @# D9 _# d
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
& w4 b) L% P7 ~ v# E+ a G3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)0 w' L+ k% `; m$ \
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
* I. c$ E9 o. N' I7 k# r3 N5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water; }* n& k# s; y9 _; D9 m

喜歡硬Q點的放幾個全蛋
