现在南面新房子卖的很快，为什么阿？

现在经济并没有走出低谷，但是我最近发现，南面的售楼处卖房子非常快。搞不懂原因，能不能请懂行的大虾分析下。感觉有泡沫哦！

These firms don't want to increase their production capacities any further. So the only way is to buy land, or partner with a developer to build residential real estate.

这个观点很新颖，但是GDP的构成和央行发行钞票的数量好像没有直接的关系哦，而且这些借钱的公司为啥对发展生产力没有兴趣，而选择了流通并不快的房产市场，而且偏偏是我们这屯子。

因为现在的二手房太少了，而新房价相对还合理。另外sw是中国人传统的理想好区，这种现象肯定先在sw发生，如果房市进一步升温，其它区也会一样。

换成的美元，不是中国政府印的，是外面流入的。中国政府换成美元后又那美元到海外投资，其实是抵消了外面流入的美元。那那些拿美元找中国政府换RBM的钱，最后消费和投资到国内。

The housing market is so complex and comfused most people.
I know a realtor, she came from BC and makes investment speeches once a week in BC to convince investors to buy residential properties in Edmonton. As far as I know, she has more than 50 clients who come from BC in this year. She herself also brought two houses for investment.
