我的还没下来,估计快了,我就是用那个通知书签的.希望可以顺利下来,你怎么样了.不过我的小签是到明年6月的,我估计这次转签,也签不了很长时间，顶了天签到和小签一个时间.而且入取信只是语言课程,不是大学课程,所以想签长点的时间很难

我打电话过去了, 和语言中心\international office都讲了,我的情况, 最后说可以了. 可以去了再换.

我也问了,是可以去了再办,但是没法注册上课...我很确定这点...没换到签证之前,是不可能上课的

而且还有一点我也问了,如果你申请的是9月的课程,但是因为签证没法上课,要上下一个学期的话,申请费算是过期,你要再交一遍.

你问的语言中心是么? 语言中心给了我, 国际学生办公室的电话, 我问的那里, 那边说可以... 我也不知道是怎么回事了? 他们不同的部门, 说法不一样

Hi Zhang,

As I mentioned by phone, if you are only taking an English language course you
don't require a study permit, but it is a good idea to change it if you want to
work or stay longer in Edmonton. I advise to go ahead with the change now and
have send the new document here to the International Centre, we will save it
for you and you can claimed with your passport once you are here.

  I am sorry to bother you, but I have some questions about my visa. I am
in vancouver now. You know that I must chang my statue on my study permit
as an international student, if I want to study English at Edmonton.  But I
will not have enough time to chang my visa before I get Edmonton in
September. In this case, may I send my material and visa to immigrant
office after I arrive in U of A?? The extention office said that I will not
permit to register at the courses untill I change my visa.
  If I send my application form to immigrant office now, I am afraid I can
not get it back before I leave vancouver, and I do not have reliable
friends who have long term address both in vancouver and Edmonton. If I
lose my new visa, I will have a big problem. Thus, can I change my visa
after I get Edmonton and find a place to live in? After that, I will change
my visa as soon as possible.
  Could you give my a detailed answer? It is really important to me.

Dear Yuki,

Thank you for your email.  The test fee and the tuition fee does not need to
be paid until you write the placement test and then register.  For the
September Session, the placement test will be on September 1 and
registration will be on September 2.

You can apply to change your Visa once you are in Edmonton but you will not
be able to enrol in a course until you have the authorization on your Visa.

When you do plan to come to Edmonton?

托福成绩. 21\ 23\ 25 \ 4.5. 总分230
