- p/ U9 b( D0 L$ OThe Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.5 t( \+ {8 i3 }2 Y, F; h- M
* \% _3 M* u0 r* Y0 d& P4 M+ m6 q: u/ a· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

· Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.

· Verifying cash submitted and preparing bank deposit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

4 z( |! ]4 W, v# @· Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications.

· Two years diversified word and information processing experience./ o) \2 ?4 y6 j% ~
