% Y6 M* m+ Y. c5 S- \The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule. Q, S$ c) M/ z! l0 d

· Coordinating the movement and repair of EPS furniture and equipment.

· Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications.

· Two years diversified word and information processing experience.

SALARY RANGE:
