院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享2 U1 S2 L5 D2 ^; K0 W

1 c1 k1 r" Y8 |" Y: G) A3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
' \6 \ b' q% E) A' @% |/ K1 cup water 250 ml / m6 o$ V* f9 F( r8 K8 S
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml : h' J [0 _2 `6 Y. T1 z. M7 } D6 a
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Z) L. }# | fPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
