院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE
( I! w. w7 @- T8 K. W( ` Z0 ? }' G3 Q6 m4 i; c; ?2 A/ \5 U
3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
/ c9 @" O( ^% f8 s2 C) ?1 cup water 250 ml
0 u! ?1 y. W" ]; l# X2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml " R' c) {% l# V! H
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
9 \. v/ I3 K/ j( qjuice of 1 lemon* 1
; \2 x F1 z8 N' x$ v- i& l) B7 [! u8 k" M8 P) v- A. I* T
Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.; z/ ~# E# E6 v) f S* G

$ B7 o% G1 k) `# L1 kSlice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
