院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享0 S, z7 C7 v# P8 z" y# \

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE ; G3 d8 w8 Y2 I7 L% Z7 B

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
! e0 k9 [" z: O8 d3 ]7 s1 cup water 250 ml
* F; H$ o1 v) w+ W7 n# y2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 7 V. T' o& {; v" @
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.* S w( W4 m2 ^! b& ~- ~

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
