院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享0 S0 N- L1 {8 r5 h: p* `

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 7 u4 V4 j# x' v# Z- k0 F- t/ |
- I) ?" N, V& h4 a; O& I3 cups saskatoons 750 ml $ n5 r7 l! j$ X4 a' ?: }0 w" u
1 cup water 250 ml . \5 ?# ~1 B) t6 N$ y
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 8 q+ O( v( R8 a5 T/ \
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml & E; `) J% a; Y7 l# Y
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ! a% Z- d. r6 r

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
