院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml  
/ b; |- ]( R! K. F" w: `& N0 h8 n1 cup water 250 ml  
: _! j+ E: h! h6 K" R2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 5 m, Z9 Z, i1 z6 h2 f+ E 
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml  
) [5 T5 G! I; Njuice of 1 lemon* 1 2 }) |4 U/ i# k$ v8 z

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
