! F+ f; t, U* N8 A4 Z5 b- ^+ f( h/ K4 S不过regulated 提到了 energy retailer 也说可以remain regulated rate(浮动）， 而de-regualted是选择plan， 感觉这个分类搞得怪怪的，还是我没有看完，没有看到点子上，理解有问题，越发糊涂了。。。

. r& a1 H/ R/ B7 `Regulated = 管制。 也就是说，所有价格是经过某一机构审核后批准涨幅、跌幅价格。
以天然气为例
