Job Duties / Responsibilities% X1 l/ W( U/ V$ v2 z# |) p5 M. m+ z
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
8 y5 n- U* U- {) M, I/ u! v• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
+ r7 B) S7 M, d" z0 h; y1 Y6 c• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
2 F3 m6 ]8 ]2 i• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
- J$ k, \6 F+ q6 e7 x% B( C: g• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;

$ x, n; {& h8 J0 ^8 K$ b• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.)., i5 ~ K3 e2 J# Q

Education / Experience
6 i, q- S0 `/ u. k" e8 x4 D$ d• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; ' s( t* K! C* W, z! b1 o- R/ c
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; 3 ]7 @7 j+ m; m0 f6 A3 F' g' Y
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; & |4 b+ I2 w: d A! j
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
