• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) . o$ e1 V! K- B/ M0 U1 i
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
( U+ A* S g+ q% h• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. ) ]4 e3 K# N2 S' s/ W6 P& a
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;( a: g% I8 ?( g0 O% C$ w
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
: F) s; M# T! z# ^• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; ' M6 z7 ?/ C2 t- B
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).9 X4 `9 c7 E# x2 i* [# c3 ^ _* i

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;

' P* n0 \6 D, x# r1 J. A• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; 7 ?4 z( q8 V0 x, z1 I% P: j
