哎呀,这中餐菜谱还真不好说,反正差不多就可以了贝,先炸一边,然后反过来再扎另一边就好了,中途发现不够再加都可以,别浪费了就好。% x) Q% F! P, Q5 c
用水煮再炸的,排骨就不够JUICY了。先去血水,然后油高温把排骨四面稍稍煎炸一下,炒糖色加上汤煮至收汁,排骨就JUICY一些。醋打薄欠,下锅尾油,上碟。0 M, k& B e. j1 G% j
JJ的方法适合做大块的酱烤骨。; p+ [/ t ~, F5 N7 B
