contact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and
4 D! O, R- G" Y, odoorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and
" F1 P+ U+ ?) M+ T1 O8 \, j1 Z% Wthen unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.
2 E2 C+ s, b% }& TPracticing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your6 x9 L$ G, K* i/ ^; A$ u- ~6 H
cough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta
* O* i2 G9 Q1 `9 q* @+ p4 yHealth and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of
