+ c' ^. M# u" l  ?1 x$ J8 YC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
+ q2 x1 `% E' P1 s" {( e- z•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
, d; \/ \$ n# ]  s! W•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
4 e" d/ j6 Q% X% k  o•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.

( K. e- s# q" X7 L/ K•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
( a4 o9 `  v3 N5 K$ I•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
7 f7 U, Z' v% N. o5 x" r0 q•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
* ?6 G6 K8 `  f$ Y$ t•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
% N0 F# I+ _7 @' q# _•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
+ \$ O: e. w$ ?" |; v•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
7 \! O0 e, e* x6 cDesirable Requirements:
' t3 ~- V$ Q" l3 z•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
