+ c' ^. M# u" l ?1 x$ J8 YC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications. . p% U( C& H. v. D+ A9 J! g
Duties:
+ q2 x1 `% E' P1 s" {( e- z• Gathering and documenting requirements; }8 u4 Y% f( A( W8 H1 W
• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
, d; \/ \$ n# ] s! W• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes; / H3 S7 p0 d+ C
• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction; 8 m8 P. F1 u! i) i) L; N
• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing; K* M+ U+ Z( `+ f& X
• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
4 e" d/ j6 Q% X% k o• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort; 8 c6 p$ |) T5 k9 H: {2 ^. X* Z
• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere; 7 k; x0 i& A! R4 N
• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis; , W3 X5 T6 [2 x P* ^
• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and 4 X0 F) [; S. Q* v8 M9 G( r" h
• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
+ b, |7 n! P9 \9 GMandatory Requirements:
( K. e- s# q" X7 L/ K• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
( a4 o9 ` v3 N5 K$ I• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
7 f7 U, Z' v% N. o5 x" r0 q• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
* ?6 G6 K8 ` f$ Y$ t• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.& d( p' G$ ~# n- Y8 Q
• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
% N0 F# I+ _7 @' q# _• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
+ \$ O: e. w$ ?" |; v• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
7 \! O0 e, e* x6 cDesirable Requirements:
' t3 ~- V$ Q" l3 z• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).3 F* R% v/ G7 _. w1 C" M# w4 S
• 6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma8 s$ }1 ^$ f3 ]
