C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
- _# k+ j# I1 E4 H  [5 xDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
8 {; s. ~* E8 q+ I. d% i7 h+ I•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
9 m' l2 Z7 C  O0 a8 R% h( ^& V•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
9 F$ l, j/ k' C0 ~; x1 e•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
5 N/ }4 c, n& W; Z! ]+ m; u•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
/ ?' o2 s4 I1 @6 R# T•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
+ `$ X6 f2 ?& @: v1 t/ H•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
+ A! A/ ^, }9 T4 S& SMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
1 K2 ]% V; R- u4 U3 i•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
2 N( I- c3 ^5 \* o" Q: i•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
4 @4 o6 _( N: @8 K/ [. J' ~•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
3 @# Q% s( o" E4 ]' f•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
