1 n- g# w/ z( k7 `C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
0 z2 M1 y% k9 e: U, J( jDuties:
- p$ h4 a0 U8 j0 ?* b8 w9 G2 `9 ]•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
! w, C2 x+ T' O! ]% Q) i•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
6 Z; i/ G& d. v' U1 L* C5 E4 A•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
! ~( T1 j7 {, E* z7 t2 n•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
5 C8 v6 a4 }# T; s7 v' x3 V' P•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
3 d6 }# D: B& \; P! Z' J' C6 y•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
: O. h! W. ^) h0 W2 K! |•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
/ B" e/ R8 Q  i- S$ H•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
" [  H, P9 }, [: P+ e: X( J! wMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
; I% [' C, Z( L. N, _; g& E•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
, v' S8 N3 @; H$ o•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
