$ u% d0 R% h/ O7 D% p1 I" @  q% {C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
; {3 F, f4 L: @•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
5 q9 m4 F7 h" y# }, U•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
: d- [8 K; H0 Z•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
( K3 N; w1 j' k  ]# B•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
* \, ]/ S) ~3 BMandatory Requirements:
: t; {% s: _) p7 {- K" A3 `% L0 B) T•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
, F  X  l+ N  I2 ?. A1 K, V9 @/ b% \•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
: Z5 `* ~' q7 s: j: H4 e•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
9 ?9 W* G3 [/ f/ g8 Z3 P•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
  Z0 ?0 N) j2 A+ w) A# b0 dDesirable Requirements:
& ?& W& W( V' S3 X% Q5 Z$ W$ f•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
* q  f7 V2 l$ P, l! D% h; x•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
