Duties:9 f2 t) b2 ?. R3 @
• Gathering and documenting requirements;
; {3 F, f4 L: @• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users; 0 t5 V! h' q$ o: R, i
• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
5 q9 m4 F7 h" y# }, U• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction; 0 L/ A5 s# h" o9 c. I N, t
• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing; % O' o9 A/ e4 @2 ^9 a
• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
: d- [8 K; H0 Z• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort; * R0 S; {2 F6 W/ T5 }/ o* J
• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere; p+ w! b9 a5 ]0 e3 \( p
• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis; : T# u6 P: r% m) o- @' ~
• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
( K3 N; w1 j' k ]# B• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
* \, ]/ S) ~3 BMandatory Requirements:
: t; {% s: _) p7 {- K" A3 `% L0 B) T• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
, F X l+ N I2 ?. A1 K, V9 @/ b% \• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
: Z5 `* ~' q7 s: j: H4 e• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.; u( o" N& {* a! U5 q
• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.- r0 @5 J. p. t
• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.7 ^! K$ d# M$ w7 s8 w
• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
9 ?9 W* G3 [/ f/ g8 Z3 P• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Z0 ?0 N) j2 A+ w) A# b0 dDesirable Requirements:
& ?& W& W( V' S3 X% Q5 Z$ W$ f• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
