, ^2 Z' X4 g: zC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
& H" w. `) y7 v" H$ W( }% n8 J•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
+ Z4 ]2 A7 ?# ^. e% k: m•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
; h& G+ Y, |6 F% l•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
) D9 Q8 D( c# R•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
  C8 e: `2 ^7 U: D•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
) R: Y3 {+ E* \$ K2 a! t5 WMandatory Requirements:
( a$ k( W, Q& h4 X! l•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
3 d, D" `/ t& r8 ~* b•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
. _. h, I3 h" ~2 ^1 a# Z; WDesirable Requirements:
$ g1 R1 q' M4 V* y•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
& t4 [% t7 m9 A; [4 x5 {3 J•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
