C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
! v* \% j! J/ g9 p0 R& w) x! VDuties:
/ t  O3 Z( _) }. ^: F$ M  A•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
* f' ]2 T' `' \* \- I•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
$ N, Y1 m% J, r+ [- g/ N•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
! ~" o6 S2 t0 x) d•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
. c. \, w$ E: s* _•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
8 ]# `% s  g0 a7 q% I% f' j& Q3 ~9 f•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
- G. |) n) F0 V•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
# h5 n, S5 a* q* Y+ f, b! W& I•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
& _; w0 J7 U9 o& G* x8 j•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
/ G# c* p3 s+ n2 ZDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
