C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
9 b% `7 k( Y) |3 q& e0 Q•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
. C7 M7 F8 \8 Z& W4 B6 {9 a8 X) `. X•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
& D0 {% `7 y4 j9 y. q•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
) k" D1 g2 Y5 c) i6 x: {* _•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
' j! Y2 b8 V7 R* Q) N3 J; S•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
5 @: e6 X2 \8 A8 y3 k% m•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
9 k6 I% h& H8 D) q•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
, d# C# R, u' J•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
+ w- \& ^  q. @, @•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
  Y6 O) F: u0 U& H+ l! j, \•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
7 b' `0 R/ T: @( C3 [$ u. {! E1 H•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
3 `! i# ]; E$ f7 N•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
7 V! G5 D( u) K0 @. K4 R, |•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
/ @! W( h. U/ z  y3 I•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
