Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible 2-3 days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

' z+ i- w" h: e6 e. R& PSkill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
4 `4 Y! y" t2 ^/ O  w4 R- o) ^- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
' Q9 ^6 M2 U) K+ Y! [7 x- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
