• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

9 w$ H, |6 G/ i! A# {1 C% v• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.% d# o5 o3 @3 x; r
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Order business cards as required.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience q, e. R0 u) c+ }3 P/ g% ]
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater

• High level of customer service skills is a must.
