• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.5 f. c/ A4 m" v4 ]# ?
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
& X" F. S5 S; _6 ]) j0 N x0 D• SAP match reporting and monthly management! @/ S- |+ y2 X' v
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.; [, e' d5 o3 z' k% G3 ]; F
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.3 B7 j* b+ p" e% R& s2 ~
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.( g" L+ H0 p( y2 I ^- t# b, y
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
! ~. v. f7 O9 x& {• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)7 X) }( g0 {, x/ o9 h
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
+ W9 g- w; |1 o8 F" H- t% g/ B• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Grade 12 or equivalent7 t5 Q2 V: T ~
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)* c% D4 P$ ^4 h& \0 E
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
