Job Duties / Responsibilities
- s) t* l0 a) {7 g• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
- C% L6 B% a" U Q) j• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.6 s4 I" e. Q* j c; R( R1 L, e
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
, @4 s& G c/ b( L0 c5 V& V• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.1 j5 E( R3 R! v0 ]/ j
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Order business cards as required.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater2 d1 u' c+ M) ?1 K) d+ N& y

• Attention to detail is required.
