• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.3 S" @- \7 P" @" [" o5 v6 N
• SAP match reporting and monthly management* h' |0 \3 P! T: w) ]: O {
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
% d, F, P* X) q* @9 e• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.8 a; B" y9 p# \" N" b# u
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
; K2 `5 ]) Q7 r) c• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.+ W5 R" ?5 Z$ e% V9 w. v0 ^

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

Education / Experience

& \8 J* T( H( _/ X• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
6 o; y$ [1 O( S P• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
& ~1 o! z; Z5 P/ @2 E# B• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater8 S/ E% B9 v1 U! Q' v5 w4 m* ?9 y; P
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 3 d t' m/ a" \5 A! I
