' }. Z4 B& s) B7 bJob Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
2 T( o# a, o. R" V/ j/ l, e3 `• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
! C  \( \. E( Z, W• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
7 M  F, r# f- g; |) E: J6 C% O• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.


Education / Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
8 C0 I) o; P5 `; ?- m• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
% s7 `# {( O* \) O* l" {3 z6 `• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
0 K6 l& V1 o0 }8 E# X- w• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
