Job Duties / Responsibilities
7 d1 O+ k& D  l  hThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
/ w7 ~0 e$ i+ I! `5 b• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
/ X( h$ f+ y6 i) P6 ~0 H• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
2 C, \+ |; p% F. [2 {2 ^7 E• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

- k6 J( a2 c* ^$ W+ x: m1 H) ]• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
8 S; H- ~1 r& X% ]• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
1 R. Y& l2 ], h, W$ b+ u* E" W' C• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
' h0 g& _8 E$ A& \; C- |• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
* c4 s* W9 U! b% q. {• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
+ u0 h" z8 o' P' C" n6 U4 `• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
