We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

Position Summary

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
9 L8 \8 G. Y0 c8 p) U1 f" w; O• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
" F5 B' T, t) u' O. V• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach ) R* P/ j0 T. V0 p! o# u( s
• Promoting TBL products and services 9 B' L% c) P0 D
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
$ V7 y% a4 k0 {1 O• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
' A. e; T" D# a" p" | |8 y& B1 b# S• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta ' p/ `9 N- L2 t4 X. Z9 z5 s
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry$ _4 M& x8 e" s3 O2 u& ]
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program + g1 Y' B; l. m
• Arranging catering for various meetings 0 Z7 k7 O' @1 T: ^/ u5 R
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office / O5 O% _: y2 J3 N, l% i! Z& s
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times
