Our mandate is to provide access to information and resources that will assist entrepreneurs and the small business community to start and grow their business. The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

+ A$ A. \+ k4 c" }& `0 aWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.) T' ]) Y1 Y9 b4 O( T0 |6 F& j

Position Summary
9 L# k* f4 R! ?0 b, E- c) d( E1 N8 I- [7 c* v( D
•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations   w3 h) Q! j. U% t8 }. f
•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
1 b. e5 O9 g4 V- Y8 B: Y•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
/ z) i2 ?5 t, p; q+ j. n8 u; [7 K5 o•        Promoting TBL products and services 8 ^& K, C& ]7 j3 M& K0 y, F" F* e
•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
, s5 e, h2 Z, @6 _8 I2 J•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
9 z4 k' y* d2 H7 N  }  ?" r* @& z•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta . R9 l8 `" L+ B7 i; e
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
9 h/ E0 a' t+ B5 @8 z! q•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program 1 G$ _3 r( U& i$ C* _! S7 ~6 d  w
•        Arranging catering for various meetings 4 D# p& j4 }% @2 |' V/ S# U
•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
) [9 u8 i$ \) @4 R6 u. B•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times , P. ]- o" ?5 m
•        Other duties as assigned.

9 ?0 s% f2 w1 k6 N, e•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
3 z, X- e$ B. B9 ~# I8 I•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.9 ?# l: [( d' v% S

        Strong work ethic
