+ A$ A. \+ k4 c" }& `0 aWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.) T' ]) Y1 Y9 b4 O( T0 |6 F& j

Position Summary

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations w3 h) Q! j. U% t8 }. f
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
1 b. e5 O9 g4 V- Y8 B: Y• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach

• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance

9 z4 k' y* d2 H7 N } ?" r* @& z• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta . R9 l8 `" L+ B7 i; e
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry

• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
