The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

! \. X( Q; H" j& b( u/ h• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
% v0 {, t; ^6 ~. N$ o0 n• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings 1 g2 I0 ^3 @" }0 `' s
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach

) X' e0 X6 c& O% {• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
$ n5 n7 G+ F# p8 a. [; X: d• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables

• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
0 z! h& @& x- W• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program 8 C3 h( N9 f0 o* I
• Arranging catering for various meetings - a! L( I7 [: m) I1 ~
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office " [8 r& \& w j. f
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience % Z8 \* W+ O9 l* s% o
• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
