We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.2 t l, m2 S, q$ A. X& J

• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
- A+ X% [5 B! t. {6 t• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 7 E+ W1 T Z# d! d
• Promoting TBL products and services

• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
7 r/ r: c+ p* [! k% [• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta - l* ^+ Q( f! ?7 I+ ?# P4 \: j
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry0 |7 c; T' H" m( D1 ]
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program + n" a+ {+ @& {) w( g! e0 H
• Arranging catering for various meetings 4 z; \( F5 ?5 Y# q
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
