Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
( S# [9 ?) D3 c0 pAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
0 q4 o! y% Y$ b- F& a; ~/ pSell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
( P/ r5 B& e) ^! s- JMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
) l( `! h& }/ w- M1 r  nPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
