This so called RESEARCH, actually is completely misleading. One ridiculous comparison is to use a standard 2400sf single house compared to that in China and Singapore. Everyone knows that there is not allowed or no land space for single houses in these two countries, and therefore the price is skyhigh. Needless to say, this article with a biased conclusion is to mislead common people into the less affordable Canadian real estate market.
If you want to show people the article, please copy it here the whole thing and let others to juge by themselves.
