We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
( ]5 [7 ]# q0 d+ P        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
5 \! n+ U$ ~1 ]) _6 R% j4 j  N        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
, e$ Z, U) C9 i! `. ~/ z/ o        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
! {. n7 ~: P- E) ^7 u        Procurement and service contract management;
$ K# ], p- ]" u5 V+ w# |        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
