% S0 d' J- B9 v4 E7 OWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

, X" g* k2 w, Y# XEducational requirement:  
& J# J4 l6 y/ l( z, }$ a, S8 H        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
' S; B8 u1 G( Z- m4 f        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
& _" E- R/ \! G, {        Procurement and service contract management;
$ D7 w5 ]/ D/ a, r! @3 O        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
) k9 ^3 R$ o) s7 K7 C2 _& W        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
