; B# Y9 K) z% N( a' ^# u; [We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

# X; j7 L7 \( v- r) MEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
$ ^& j5 q: z3 E* H% P! }9 o5 v        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
: U4 Z7 h" I+ H, q6 n: J% ?        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
3 N, o1 r/ r4 K0 c' I0 {' l. W& h        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
6 n' U, G' M" h- U  V& q. X- ^        General building management;
/ ]+ g8 Z* y% s" _        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
7 D' g' M: {9 V: {; f- N& V        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
