* _7 c/ g' o; t) XWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

- V7 C# W4 }: ^& P& Q9 gEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
2 M6 @  ?7 c- \/ _5 M        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
: q" A: x, Y- k: k* R        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
4 k+ t; p7 D) Z        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
! ?2 o/ ~8 T2 }0 t, N        Procurement and service contract management;
6 O$ c, K+ W2 s* P        General building management;
2 i* T9 X8 U; q8 V' V0 B8 J. D3 z        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
- o- D& j( c/ s  g        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
