• Minimum of 5 years experience in Document Control in the Oil & Gas Industry.
( a2 N* p8 ], B* P0 _4 u• Experience with Autocad/Microstation would be an asset.
' p2 l% g- T! z1 k. x5 i0 O• Computer applications experience with, MS Office, is mandatory;
• Expert knowledge of drawing management and drawing image management systems is required; Filenet
( j6 @( d0 ?6 Q' c• Good interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision is a must;
• Extensive knowledge of records/information management principles;
& X- ^8 a* M: r0 J• Working experience with File Classifications;
+ B; _1 I6 U2 [" d  \  z, z• Experience managing engineering and other technical records;
0 L0 s, s1 C# j- Q4 _; _. R• Working knowledge with Records Management software (Versatile Enterprise).
