I like playing it but not good at it. I would say it is something we may enjoy beyond the busy life here.

I am at 111 st and 40 av. I guess we can get together this weekend if possible. I have msn. email address: hill_zhang@hotmail.com

Hello everyone,

I am proposing that we have the first meet on Sun Sept 6 at 1:00 pm. I am at 111 st and 40 av area. It seems that weather will allow us to be in a park. If anyone knows a park suitable for this activity or has other better options please let us know, meanwhile I will check out some parks.

I will bring one set of chess. It would be nice if someone could bring one more set. Please let us know.

I will also bring some snack and drink.

Should you have any suggestions please let me know.

hi, since many people are interested with the activity, it is a good idea to find a park and have a small CHESS PARTY.As long as you decide the park, just let us know.
I will be there and bring one set of chess.

1) Activity: first meet, introduction, exchange contact info, and most interesting, CHESS GAMES
2) Location:Whitemud Park, Edmonton
3) When:Sunday, September 6, 2009

You are welcome to bring in you family members and friends, and most importantly, good mood and good ideas since we are just starting. Snacks and drinks are always welcome.

Due to the ongoing construction around that area, please check your map and road prior to getting on the road. Please drive safely and be advised that you are entirely responsible for your own safety. (I recommend you take Whitemud West, exit at Fox Drive. Please be adviced that the road sign for Fox Drive exit is very small and easy to miss.) Should you need a ride or other assistance, please do not hesitate to ask me or above members for help.

I will be looking forward to seeing everyone there!
