• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
: b0 d6 \ }. P3 o' x/ ~• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
. q2 u$ E1 [: ^3 A# |6 ^- {• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
% U/ j1 {4 T5 {/ ]; H/ m$ S• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
9 U7 L4 `/ m$ |' e2 t• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
/ a4 |3 g1 e& I• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
5 j( S* r! s8 ?: \• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
: _* \: U3 U& _4 ?1 o2 Y• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.! U! |7 c6 s7 M Y6 l. K
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
) T/ h4 @; @! k% ~• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.- c1 Q8 {8 P4 ]
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.$ U: ^3 j3 R- T4 m- B
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.3 M& j6 v8 u1 a
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for" i$ y; b% |: E, j1 a8 _" h
resolution.: J3 m* y. q5 o9 Q5 a$ K( z. ]3 V$ w
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.

! ]4 V7 O1 ^8 M; h4 [• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.3 j [- N& D! ~( e
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.& b2 U' X" c' ^9 ]
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.: G- B6 f5 R- W: `, @' U8 v
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.( A6 u7 j2 X- z" B& {& d8 c( @5 k
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. . j6 p! ?/ {0 o6 s( W: ~
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
9 `, p- Q* P3 ? T• Grade 12 / GED. ) p: J, y9 G' U$ r1 W8 F! G9 q6 R7 C
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
# x/ h3 C: E6 K8 O- `1 W7 n• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. : u' x0 B0 } Q/ t4 ?2 ?& g
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 6 \6 _* {5 w% h# m) {4 H0 s4 B1 X
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. ' x1 X& L/ ^8 }/ D# [7 V B
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.- }3 s/ k8 L" P O% ]' N+ u
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
