• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. / E9 j( `- o q
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
, X# ?3 i$ H- n+ L) w7 i1 g• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
9 ^# P5 d! _3 K. L- _• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.

• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
) Y& R' ~8 w' _# P; S/ O; Z• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.: ?. G7 S% N" T- }# D! n
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.% y5 E) Q c2 f4 {
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.# [8 C, A! | x- T# i2 \* ~
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.+ ^* {7 p9 W9 a) p0 U3 j
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.$ }( t, }8 U7 u$ u
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory., N4 Y1 C, z+ w1 }4 P5 [; S$ L
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

' i- A$ n3 m& _( wEducation / Experience
, t3 m2 H* P. {• Grade 12 / GED.
( b; `5 j# o, ~& N: x. M, Z9 B* w• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
( A0 _0 T0 [& C& K• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 0 k/ i% X4 B- K6 y( Z0 u7 M
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
0 P8 |( y6 H; { i• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
( K" i% r4 Y/ A. p4 D0 h6 G) f• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.7 z% E3 m4 u; c: ]4 w
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
