• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
+ W- m" p5 \# O A7 i |0 R• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
- B: f- y" x6 l3 K0 j& M• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
) f- ~9 J+ h7 g8 h• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
3 W; c3 x! U1 r7 ]$ o• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
& ?6 e* Q$ ~+ g& h' h• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
+ z7 e" A5 W) y7 q7 O& K• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.# H: S' k) u$ L. [/ Y
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.& X0 e& @1 {* G' o5 v7 b& n! w
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
7 ] l$ n4 f- s9 _5 X• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.7 \: t3 M; b: O! ?9 w6 U
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
& r. I( T: B7 Q• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.+ S* ?9 B J# ]; M0 [9 V/ m! `* A- I' p2 R
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.: C+ f( v8 m. N3 m
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.; I- t, ~/ O; ?. `' U* ^5 k+ q
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment 3 F" \3 K0 K8 E8 A7 ^3 u
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. ! ]0 N* }0 c% y z9 R
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.

• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience3 |- V% ?5 _" |/ V8 @6 j
• Grade 12 / GED.
# U: P2 m6 n% B0 N5 q8 D! b3 n6 u• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
. R2 t' w* h- a4 W6 |+ v2 [• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. ' Q3 v# O1 k. X6 z: a4 Q! V3 N
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
, J; J: X5 z. J- Q• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 5 H' T0 b6 s* Q# G* e" e: h8 f/ l% Z
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
' L2 J% }5 [8 ]2 o! [' ]• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
