distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. + [" b. O$ f5 ?- b% F! T/ \# Y$ @
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. . D2 S0 e" V/ j! M- i6 ]6 `- G
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
8 z9 m; |3 X y" k• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. ( U( v: j2 o0 k0 T* S
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.4 A J$ l1 `* p; f
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
J s% C% _8 M5 `• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
" h r3 V; _$ G( z9 u/ Q% ?• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
, B: I1 r9 d( `& p! k u• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.. s' L, _, T. B9 J' L1 ~
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
4 C+ Y! t- a: C* q• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
" X) |1 k7 m: m4 d/ }• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
+ o. O& b% y" u' [; u! `+ m, R: K* h• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
" W6 U% k: P" y2 q• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.9 d1 u- [5 y0 ^$ K
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
* d# E1 v- |( H+ U* b) X7 n• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner $ E- j$ K& M: D1 h: q' K
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). P3 d: B2 t, ^5 g6 {/ Q6 V
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. D7 x" W* [, } j2 j4 i
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.& q# V: n7 o( m1 C5 c2 J
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment ) P/ b, v9 r7 V. c2 B7 W
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. * {# }7 T7 V i! }
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
3 _5 _9 }' g+ l6 r ]) B b• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

- w; }( U/ S+ K- pEducation / Experience- s0 E; k! D5 h2 Z$ u5 [) z% N: `
• Grade 12 / GED.
, E% C2 O) a* c" ?• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ; X( O2 `2 [: r# W8 M
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
. h5 F# l0 C2 A' t$ t• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
$ _% ^' a/ g1 a: t, \# \$ b9 _) a• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
4 \' i, U1 P( t: T: o$ H6 C• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
7 O, A+ J+ j3 |. N: i6 c• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
