• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. - Z, [; X6 _* u. R/ z
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. # k* D! f" |% q# X; P! e9 u
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.

• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.( W, N |6 @+ S- X. Z+ b6 y
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 1 g) h2 o5 U% N" Z1 e: F& Q
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
) v8 B6 q+ A$ w9 J9 |• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
L" t: x" c" Z* A- t8 w• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
# k( O+ Y& ^9 L0 z• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

& {5 O' v# h& b$ X" a• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
' e/ x! B/ z' a! Z( j• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for4 X, i9 }5 t7 N3 }5 @
resolution.
4 q: \4 x; i# k( v9 g" P0 T3 k• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.8 b! K8 _* p# G
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.: z& }6 G6 j& @+ O- d5 K( J4 ~
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.% q) h/ ?6 K; Y* Q0 b
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.! n/ d6 `9 U8 a* v, J
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products. N9 C; H+ s! H, m
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
! G9 X; U+ `6 K8 ^$ r3 _• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

Education / Experience
2 a% N6 u7 E! [' b! l: P, T• Grade 12 / GED.
% @" q* T; l! l7 W! |- N4 P, @* L# {• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
- o& I. X/ V5 H- Y' Z# ^% F• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. % h# K! g1 ]% b; n* M9 j4 O* G9 t
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
0 d' {9 o3 m) n1 e$ a- |6 k• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 2 K8 ~$ J- T. e% j
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
: K w0 I3 q- C• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
