Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.
• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

. g3 I* F6 A2 S, K0 c, S• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

' E- a- g) ]* C; k/ G/ J8 C• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
# r& n  e  d5 W% P: L• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
/ ~# K5 L/ W6 O• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
, X# ?3 i$ H- n+ L) w7 i1 g• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
9 ^# P5 d! _3 K. L- _• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
. z( X7 d, B6 |% ]! K• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
) Y& R' ~8 w' _# P; S/ O; Z• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
1 R1 e5 h" }9 {# n* x• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
9 a4 I0 @1 B$ \9 A7 j• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
* ~& x" ~( f+ a/ d$ H4 V& t) q! {: o6 A• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

7 ?% A/ P: d  q9 y  {- Q7 y• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
& [. D4 G* \4 X9 w0 R• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

' i- A$ n3 m& _( wEducation / Experience
, t3 m2 H* P. {• Grade 12 / GED.
( b; `5 j# o, ~& N: x. M, Z9 B* w• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
( A0 _0 T0 [& C& K• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
0 P8 |( y6 H; {  i• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
( K" i% r4 Y/ A. p4 D0 h6 G) f• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
