• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.
• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

, D' K' c, g# x5 q. z• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
* V0 m% R8 S: w2 U- ^• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
" C; e5 X6 j6 x+ s0 M3 Z& G3 J7 A& [• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
  _5 y5 y% Y0 `• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
2 h" T4 m* K4 S7 b: {9 D9 k• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
: l8 i/ X' W; |; Z  J3 H• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
* Y1 P" M- w- M) t. S• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
; @- _8 C% e7 r2 b* ~( @. ]" Eresolution.
5 u0 @* Z* T( \: e: [• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
& j) V& @1 Z' N4 X• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
0 [. G9 F* I9 m, ?" J• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
9 ~  F! h* a$ ^" h, e• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

7 s+ {  {( r7 _% s• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
' z7 F/ K$ O; D• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
4 n4 q( ?1 j$ R. S• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
$ ^  w3 D9 g$ Q4 a• Grade 12 / GED.
" ]/ d, S6 ~& j1 a/ V* ~3 f4 j• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
1 {( g6 ^; Z) D# n1 q4 P# {3 M3 ~' J• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
9 f+ V2 c& ^4 K• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
8 B7 b1 Z7 D% \: w* o! H• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
0 ?1 j% V: G% l/ G1 E# k- E0 I• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
