Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

. T! z- }9 m8 Adistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
( j8 a" C3 U, `• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
$ ~8 G; J/ q& X8 K3 R* A3 J) G3 F/ Vplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
' i- b4 N! U8 e6 w8 U3 x( t• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
- g, m. \4 z* v8 j& J• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
4 p7 u$ f" j: t. r* U% K5 ~• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
1 F% D+ L. B8 C  j• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
0 P: [6 L, G( _• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
- c: L6 y4 }+ ~" l2 i# `# M• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
$ L3 w, x( `5 z• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
# n# I, A# S' k$ j$ T• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
# t" k5 R/ S  b9 w• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
) U: ^+ s2 y7 w6 A% {• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.

• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
& O9 [9 o# d5 }( C2 [% W: R* `4 M. Q• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
) g- k6 b/ L$ c8 S1 a. V! T• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
$ p! Y, @; q& M/ N( C$ c• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
: `) K) ?: @6 U% B7 t& b- c• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
$ m7 A7 C# b1 U+ S3 |& w& N• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
: S( S. ^8 L) L$ o4 i2 F3 c' h• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

• Grade 12 / GED.
+ Y* X4 {/ X8 `7 L• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
+ l; N& I7 S: W( V7 d$ Y- B2 X/ e• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
0 w# c' T8 _4 a$ u. Q# Z5 Q" |• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
, q+ o( Z/ @* b0 R• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
3 F" u4 `! y* e" y9 \" {• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
