The 20-year-old college student was granted bail Tuesday.

! A6 A; m: n$ u0 e& N lPolice have released few details on the autopsy results, but said Tuesday the girl was born alive. The girl's death is still being labelled as suspicious and not a homicide.

?* b$ P% F6 h, M; wThe infant was found on March 19 when a man sharing a home at 69 Street and 130 Avenue, who would only identify himself as Wayne, entered the basement suite to do some laundry.

5 @/ K/ d3 h/ d& ?7 |Wayne said his dog began barking and eventually led him to the body. He and his girlfriend called police after they saw a small hand in the bag. d+ ~ x) ^ c5 j1 p
