Police have released few details on the autopsy results, but said Tuesday the girl was born alive. The girl's death is still being labelled as suspicious and not a homicide.8 D) |5 m7 h$ F$ x7 E A# ?/ _

Wayne said his dog began barking and eventually led him to the body. He and his girlfriend called police after they saw a small hand in the bag.
