The 20-year-old college student was granted bail Tuesday.

The infant was found on March 19 when a man sharing a home at 69 Street and 130 Avenue, who would only identify himself as Wayne, entered the basement suite to do some laundry.8 S1 I# w' M' D) e" r

Wayne said his dog began barking and eventually led him to the body. He and his girlfriend called police after they saw a small hand in the bag." `! a1 M+ F% D! @3 [

Police said the girl's body was wrapped in towels and placed in a plastic bag.
