A 20-year-old woman has been charged after a tenant found the dead body of a baby girl under a bed in a north-end Edmonton home last week.+ q) M; Z; L* Q9 k: `5 S2 b

Naomi Russell-Simpson is charged with committing an indignity to a body, neglect to obtain assistance in child birth and concealing the body of a child. k: r7 [$ |3 [- p8 m% c8 f. @

The 20-year-old college student was granted bail Tuesday.3 i% `$ k6 }" C) Q6 ~

8 {7 e# Z+ {3 W2 A$ zThe infant was found on March 19 when a man sharing a home at 69 Street and 130 Avenue, who would only identify himself as Wayne, entered the basement suite to do some laundry.* [4 {1 c9 Z/ u( s, z

Wayne said his dog began barking and eventually led him to the body. He and his girlfriend called police after they saw a small hand in the bag.! p4 m# f% f# V: t5 A
