Police have released few details on the autopsy results, but said Tuesday the girl was born alive. The girl's death is still being labelled as suspicious and not a homicide.& r4 L3 N% z7 b! y1 u$ g

The infant was found on March 19 when a man sharing a home at 69 Street and 130 Avenue, who would only identify himself as Wayne, entered the basement suite to do some laundry.0 B6 t7 D+ p5 j5 _! P0 [+ i u

Wayne said his dog began barking and eventually led him to the body. He and his girlfriend called police after they saw a small hand in the bag.6 R7 M/ S$ H$ L/ x. z% A' }* w

Police said the girl's body was wrapped in towels and placed in a plastic bag.
