Drill Bit Repair Technician
( c: M1 ?( q8 w6 k$15.00/hour starting wage
Temporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company
South side of Edmonton

, k8 P3 K8 f- [* P4 @/ xAs a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
* S  y7 Q8 o7 b9 E% b5 q7 _. y* \*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
8 D) N' c9 E7 C) y4 Y* B*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)

Requirements:

*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
( s9 k5 o8 J, y% X+ q2 l: O3 }*Proven team player with a positive attitude
*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
*Machining and welding experience an asset
  k* g0 }% h, a*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
