My friend is looking for a condo or duplex, but unfortunately, she found the average price already increased at least 1% compared with 3 months ago, and another thing pissed her off is that most of houses she likes already gone.

I don't know what will happen next step, but so far I believe I made the right choice to buy a condo in April.

who knows, everyone wants to predict and has his own beliefs / whatever he wants to believe. But it is just a guessing game after all right? It also depends on when do u wanna buy a house, 1 week? 1 month? 1 year? 5 years?

Guessing is just guessing, who knows for sure?

五月份我买的时候，正好是房租合同到期，不得已只好就买了。
