说说英文名吧，奶酪是不是cheese？如果是的话，有几种吃法一是cheese片，做三明治时，夹在面包里吃，有一种是细条状的，可作比萨，还有一种是粉状的可把它加些开水煮成糊状然后浇在烤好的土豆上，也可把cheese粉散在煮熟的意大利通心粉上吃。还有一种小孩喜欢吃的（不到）20公分长的cheese棒，一包里有很多根，就当零食吃。如果你买回的是立方体或长方体的话，就自己动手切成需要的形状，好象有专门的工具卖，其实中国人聪明，就用菜刀也能解决问题。至于黄色与白色的区别我不太清楚。请其他同学补充。( J A8 T" I, _" S) l3 x

Margarine( soft butter): mainly or spread, on bread, corn… 5 Q0 p! V$ O+ f- I3 Z; ]3 R2 H 4 @) H. E, I, k3 S f. iCream cheese: also for spread, mostly on bagels; sometimes used for some bakery too
