I will also check if transformer/cable box is in front of lot or not.
Usually the site plan will show the locations of the cable/transformer box and trees, bus stops etc. I wouldn't want a transformer box on my property as they are large and green and I would not want to be close to a bus stop either.

Lot 6 will have less traffic but since back alley is narrower than a regular road, you will have more frequency to yield the on- coming traffic either on your way out or coming back.
