* y8 E9 r3 C+ f9 hThe Job - Labour Force Solutions is seeking a Job Recruitment/Retention Specialist to support North Edmonton area residents by matching job seekers with potential employers. The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR Management, marketing and/or social work.

  W# j- z3 ~! n% S, a. Q* r7 O/ ~The ideal candidate must also be a self-starter. Current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2-4 successful years of job placement & retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.
