就快要申請CEC （Canadian Experience Class）類移民。
$ z. i* u5 q1 `# p7 s* x2 ?1.請問學Finance專業的學生，用Bookkeeper 來申請CEC 可以嗎？
& ^5 h) f% O. i0 o2.Bookkeeper 是不是歸類為 NOC 的 type B 啊 ？
3. NOC 的網站沒有寫明 skill type A ,B and O 阿，我如何衡量啊 ？

In my opinion, no, bookkeeper(1231) is not on the list. That's the supervisor (1212)of bookkeepers or accounting clerks.

If you have questions, just call CIC office to confirm.

have phoned them (CIC office)....they said as long as it is under  the skill type I choose , it should be fine...but he cannot specify....and i phoned again, she asked me to ask my school .....

我老公申请的CEC, 用的是NOC1231，bookkeeper. 他是学商业的，我想金融只是商业的一个分支吧，所以你应该可以用1231的。我们现在已经体检完了，在等邮寄护照！

If finance students cannot apply CEC as they are bookeeper 1231 instead of Supervisor 1212 , that will be very trouble, cuz I don't think a fresh grad finance student can be a supervisor without any perious experience ....is there any way that Finance students can have some job title relative accounting clerk ?

应该是可以的。详见职业分类矩阵：

只要所从事的职业落入职业编号首位数字为0(management occupations), 或者首位数不为
* c& }, f! _& P! {1 g$ f6 ?& \0但第二数字为1(Skill Level A), 或者首位数不为0但第二位数为2(Skill Level B)就合格了。

CEC真是好东西。。大约2-3各月就能拿到ME, 我们PNP的用了10各月才从初始到ME

I really scare and worry about my Finance major and the job title of Bookkeeper....
whether they qualifiy " have working experience  as your studying major "

Since CIC cannot give me a clear answer , I phoned some agencies....
, [, p4 _2 y' _
one of them told me like this " u only have a Finance Diploma , and ur job (accouting clerk/bookkeeper) is not relative......so , it is tough......CEC is mostly for bachelor or have relatived working experience ....."   

I think he is quiet right....so I am even worry now after fishing calling him....

我一直以为楼主有本科学位的。现在你这个情况还真的不确定成功的几率有多大。

试试看总是好的。
主要是要看雇主的信怎么写，还有job description怎么操作。

BOOKKEEPER可以申请CEC，属于SKILL LEVEL B类的。还有DIPLOMA毕业也可以申请，不需要BACHELOR，只要DIPLOMA毕业拿到3年公签，并工作1年属于NOC 0,A,B类就可以申请。不像技术移民需要按照学历算分。
