The YWCA is recruiting a Receptionist. The Front Desk is the central point for internal and external communications for all departments, programs and events. A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. This is a position that requires strong customer service skills, as it works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to provide the best possible information and assistance.' z2 M) }* b$ k" C! w

• Answer multi line telephone system2 e; w0 ?& ?2 k& e

• Arrange courier services for all departments

• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
; I3 n8 G" T( ~, z( Q' t- W& l• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency 1 H' ]1 {, z ~! ?" d
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration
?3 g4 d1 c% w4 g8 B' w2 q$ L• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers - V- @" e% d3 g, E9 u: Z
• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution
! M3 g3 W* d: U- Z& w• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments V& S! \7 T. ^- E
• Assemble and forward information packets as requested( ?# I" n( S3 F) W% T N! K: z) h* a; a- e

b3 I H$ Q0 y; R; u* Y" y• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
