A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Arrange courier services for all departments/ p8 K5 F) H( M8 I6 H
• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail. J5 M: A+ i1 a: K9 L' m: q
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
* T4 w5 X# K( a- p2 U3 T• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency 4 l+ E# D- Y5 Q# p9 a' i
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration

• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures) g m4 r/ V0 L1 M
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.8 E- d5 R) K7 y
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
