A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors; N: y+ y' x2 V0 u4 d; Y
• Answer multi line telephone system

% ~) k/ ~, J, a: i• Arrange courier services for all departments
7 O$ i2 {- }. T0 t# x; \$ ^- i• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers4 J* n' \6 k" K5 M

$ r( g( h. P# k( }3 M) s# F; \; K• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail* H R; J7 s1 U# D' w7 D; p6 w
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries& e2 M' ^5 ^' ~$ X% Y
• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency 3 I7 Y* [# [9 S3 c- E& @
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration

• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training- A/ q" P* Q, d$ i
• Process payments for ticket orders and registrations

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures
8 E* m+ J8 n/ M3 C• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
" \& k* e5 o. d* T2 @• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset0 l: E2 ^8 _* v: a4 K$ ~+ ]
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
