The YWCA is recruiting a Receptionist. The Front Desk is the central point for internal and external communications for all departments, programs and events. A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors

• Arrange courier services for all departments

P& r( ?2 j! G: S3 p' U( e- |: r# c• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail

6 N; S3 K0 Y' u7 n• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency
8 S/ I4 w) [4 F, |- m• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration

• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution
& I2 z* Y7 A) H3 h v. g• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures6 O) ?1 I) Y; q# m
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Mindful of need for accuracy, detail and discretion
