Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area provides mentoring programs to more than 2,800 children, youth and families.  We are looking for 1 temporary summer staff.

8 c0 Z% L, ~6 Q$ p1 Multicultural Summer Camp Kitchen cook (20 hours a week for 8 week contract)

Key Responsibilities Include:

  Y+ i) F( ~! l1 |6 r# MActivity Planning and Daily Activity
•        Assist in planning, organizing preparing and ordering all breakfast ,lunch and snacks
•        Ensure the facilities are meeting health code
; o; l% x% X" Q3 d- Y3 M. B
! |( r, m8 l* C; b( qThe successful candidate will have:

2 i( p+ T  G6 y/ p+ N•        The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
* f3 }3 U/ I: y# G1 E9 e# D; n3 O3 j- x, R•        Experience with children
•        Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
9 h1 D% [+ _0 \/ ]+ d1 X•        Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
•        A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check  
9 ~" J  c/ n9 J•        A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check
