Even this may not slide into the river like the others did few years ago, soil settlement/shifting  will make a problem. That is why the price is so appealing.

. l- r3 A' @- Q9 g! R. B* |也不是预谋买家抢房的。这房本来要70多万，一路慢慢降下来的。最大缺点是外表一般，厨房特小，对面是差房子。

* C6 e, u0 m' R* V7 T5 R对面是幢apartment,里面更糟----极小的厨房，结构布局不是家庭用，总之所有东西都要重做，Agent 说改造还要20万以上。

这个价钱，可以抢了。

& m% s- R# h0 P7 m' U0 k" l这房背后靠的地块刚重建了个“城隍庙”，虽说不合小黄口味，但好歹是个百万以上的房子。整个区位不便宜。
