The 5 year leading rate is exclusively available to be offered by ATB branch staff and MDOs only.  Brokers are excluded. The 10 year fixed rate will be available beyond the 30 day test period and until further notice.

期限更新一下，只要application在6月份做了，funding date在10月1日之前的贷款都可以，延长了一个月。贷款种类包括包括new purchase、refinancing和renewals。

是，如果有意向今年夏天秋买房的，最好赶快做个预定，要不然有可能随时变化。请注意第一贴中这句话“Please note rates are always subject to change due to market conditions.”

This decision came as a result of our competing financial institutions increasing their own mortgage rates earlier this week.

Please get your application in before June 16, 2009 if you would like to grab the 3.50%. Otherwise 3.7% will be the best rate you can get if your application being done before June 30 and MTG will be funded by October 1, 2009.
