Mortgage rate limited time offer(30days)

As of June 1st, ATB is offering the new rates :

5 Year Extreme Discount Fixed rate:
LEAD at 3.50% for 30-day blitz timeframe only (NO RATE HOLDS)

10 Year Guaranteed Fixed Rate:
MATCH to competition at 5.25% down from 5.65%

The 5 year leading rate will be in effect from June 1 through June 30 only and we will honor funding up to September 1st. The 5 year leading rate is exclusively available to be offered by ATB branch staff and MDOs only. Brokers are excluded. The 10 year fixed rate will be available beyond the 30 day test period and until further notice.

Please note rates are always subject to change due to market conditions.

期限更新一下，只要application在6月份做了，funding date在10月1日之前的贷款都可以，延长了一个月。贷款种类包括包括new purchase、refinancing和renewals。

加國大型銀行正調高主要的按揭利息。

加拿大皇家銀行(Royal Bank of Canada)，滿地可銀行(Bank of Montreal)，多倫多道明銀行(Toronto-Dominion Bank)，豐業銀行(Bank of Nova Scotia)及加拿大帝國商業銀行(Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce)已將5年固定利息按揭調高0.2厘加至5.45厘。

皇家銀行及滿地可銀行的新息口已於周二生效，而多倫多道明銀行，豐業銀行及加拿大帝國商業銀行的新利息將於周三實施。

不過，皇家銀行，滿地可銀行及豐業銀行會為5年封閉式按揭提供4.15厘的特惠。這些可以不用通知而更改的利息亦已調高0.2厘。

This decision came as a result of our competing financial institutions increasing their own mortgage rates earlier this week.

Please get your application in before June 16, 2009 if you would like to grab the 3.50%. Otherwise 3.7% will be the best rate you can get if your application being done before June 30 and MTG will be funded by October 1, 2009.
