My parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good* k( G$ w! R& v+ N! A1 a. p

有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。 4 Z7 D9 P f& r! _. j% L, l . l+ A/ {& x# O* `! B2 i做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
