Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:
$ ^) z+ _& Z) V4 T0 T0 w& S1 Q& g
$ g6 x/ Q3 d' B" b" s0 \7 T8 PControl panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)
! K+ {8 `3 G( @. X# |
A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？

看样子你是装上了，因为你改选了输入法后就工作了嘛！
