Key Responsibilities:
& H1 r4 O1 H: E6 x' \+ {* v To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
4 B4 f- ]4 \1 \  m To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
2 g1 t/ _1 R0 U% o8 L( i( z" g To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
* S% P1 i# @: P6 o8 p To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
4 ^1 ~3 K' P$ y+ L5 k. \  [ To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

# }& W4 \3 U1 N& ~$ RQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
4 H" ]) v2 }8 C Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- u5 ]( D) S  K8 s$ o Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
