Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
# R! N: k2 \. P9 H$ j To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
$ y: ]; W4 J( Q% s$ g( d( C7 d To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
4 g/ A0 ~+ R, m! d' U: C2 m To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
1 j# E9 b$ n# l- G' I- X6 U+ B8 Q To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
% O3 Z4 o, G- S) B7 ~$ d 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
6 B+ ]) y6 ?( X) o9 ^ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
+ d" L/ e3 S9 V Current CPR and First Aid certifications
! D! |. n+ T7 k Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
