  t8 @- r9 F; u/ K; UKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
: c5 `2 r5 d  H( S5 c" E To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
0 T2 m$ E$ D' O1 r9 O9 x To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
! X5 A& t0 y) L3 c) t- n$ K; C To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
: ~6 w! Y1 ~+ \2 @/ ~) Z% j To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

0 {% f7 o; N9 _+ N* [Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
. F" D' O+ I( ~ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
0 ?) l. M5 J$ {  L8 k Current CPR and First Aid certifications
0 B7 i+ L5 P: ]7 Y7 m2 ]3 I& p0 L Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
