% |& N: B8 \1 L8 {$ LHousing Program Worker

Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
- i5 `! W+ F3 F+ h To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
* n# l6 e( T  `5 ?5 ~ To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
7 Y; _( r* f" q& J2 A5 s3 t% Z0 A To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
% l- ~" u) L. X# u1 p To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
, z9 r3 P4 R! _. s To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
8 z( j. k5 j& g7 _/ R& ? 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
+ Y* A! |/ i$ f  A Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
/ F# @6 W. T  r  O6 Z1 b3 D Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
& I: g% |: ^* S Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
