Housing Program Worker

Key Responsibilities:
. \) r3 [$ G* B/ U To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
. L% F5 {& g3 T4 h/ C8 o2 a To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
3 O; |, w% k, T  b  y To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

- q7 Q0 z( I) g% }6 iQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
8 v, B. ~6 m. g  k) \ Current CPR and First Aid certifications
1 W1 K; F% q: _6 y% x2 Q) c Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
