Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
; U: B* C9 a+ D To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

& u7 f, }8 R' K7 Q  m9 UQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
; F" `7 j' ~1 Q  v( m& k' Y5 b Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
2 Q' a1 z0 M2 m2 S2 h4 P. z Current CPR and First Aid certifications
9 Y1 r- ~! x) _! i. a Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
