The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.4 z& e# Q! v$ E5 o7 e

• Human Resources Management1 B# Q8 H n V9 v$ ~' q
• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
/ y, o" X! w" h' F5 @$ M6 \• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors 4 y, M) g2 T/ K! f. Q4 o0 s" p
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
% E2 k3 a' D3 x8 c2 p• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
' ~) [' l) r8 Y8 M% M2 ^* b• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities7 t% B# T" W- y1 L
~9 G+ l! t/ g) V+ DProgram Delivery
; M( k4 o& _8 x% g2 a% D$ Y+ G• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
7 g; O# D9 y& R. C0 [7 W• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
; ?0 @* n0 y- g: B" t( D6 L9 N• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required3 \, o: x' ] Y1 z- p
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication" m5 z# X) V) _. N
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested

• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director! @* {# Q6 V& D' s1 n& ?3 _4 ~
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review' m+ ]( I2 A7 @7 q$ q# }! A; X
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required$ @& X' ?- U* i/ @

Qualifications:
. J6 [. U7 v) g8 C1 v J" m" T9 m: T: G
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
! F7 R( F' H" @2 W" [7 u# H, {• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
' V" q, b: D# x• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
; T$ d2 r% c4 P" _; p; l1 S+ L• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
' E& q1 T* T; N4 u" I9 `" S- f• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population
4 G% o$ h" ^3 x! O# O3 t• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
