8 |+ j0 e" E; L- k! _and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a
+ w- @8 O7 M/ Lresource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and
$ ~& g% V" y5 y# M$ Pscreenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern

0 @/ f4 i. G( k7 `Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
0 F2 ? }6 b! ^* f0 CFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as + C8 v/ ~4 \2 R+ i! e! S/ r, h" L
well as the script, magazine and book library.

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
/ D5 @3 T7 {7 [% K( J6 ~& _- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
* x7 t# D5 S2 T: E* S$ P8 i- Implement a catalogue template for future use
- h3 e" [* g: S; Y7 v/ J- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure + i$ B @" E+ m a2 e
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- Applicants must be unemployed and attending (or have recently completed) a post-

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

- Experience or training in library sciences preferred 3 ^/ R j3 u6 w
