+ U% L+ C  r/ q+ y* b$ qHousing Program Worker
( W+ j7 r; X( G- K1 H! n
Key Responsibilities:
" n3 W; y5 D2 P1 T/ J To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
9 {5 @  k7 T% \: }  ]4 s, S" S8 h To help promote the program in the community.
: D3 w7 K/ ]# | To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
- [  l4 C( M. n, R. q To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
+ X. p/ T: [$ E, _% A; e To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
3 z7 B! T% L& z+ a. d To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
# Q6 J/ q$ p3 U 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
( [8 g/ Y$ P* h" D. q- }1 l+ S Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
