Key Responsibilities:
( ]1 @9 W- S4 O3 P( B6 b/ L* e To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
, A9 }; e( v: [5 Q3 e  Z. j7 i To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
& |: Q! |+ P8 ~! u! o# w( } To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
+ \: [% Q3 m/ q To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
* }" {4 s" G& k/ v" X5 F2 _8 d To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
2 ~; \+ X' x% n) w9 A7 _7 L( k3 Q6 b Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
$ Z; U9 i9 d: v! y0 D2 `0 y6 u Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
) H) d  u6 U3 M1 m
