) x& S( q/ n% E( X  y
( U. e' N9 l5 D2 p) Y4 D6 V' DKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
4 m) K6 t$ u9 w! U3 B9 V To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
3 z# n( R0 d* [% x& H9 K5 r' p To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
. X( n. {1 B" a  g! a! m To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
% X" b) M! ?8 c! y1 g. E To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
, m4 s/ L7 U) O3 f9 a% p 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
2 A$ b4 |' w& K5 M7 f! F; D Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
1 H- e5 i) I, A9 r* I( J Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
