Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

3 N3 k( q2 P) @; \1 iTime        9:30am – 11:30am
  I: p: i0 Y" L6 {( fPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
& k9 X* k) H! q9 T; @2 C  B$ `0 x       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
; H) q" e4 {8 H1 R& i) H3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
0 J+ L6 G* Z- v, M( g- k6 R4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
$ e. L7 x$ j4 p2 y5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

Fee Reduction Pass Applications
% {$ V+ y& ~7 C$ i
3 H5 D3 d2 y' U, C9 HWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
