Time        9:30am – 11:30am
1 E: y& P, d5 z% r0 G- ?5 W1 mPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
4 o! ?4 n; C; W  j' w& x  K) H9 WFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
5 }4 [3 X4 v. U6 d. ~5 B2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
0 E% d& ^0 A, }2 n7 r0 T1 ?) s4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
! B0 A9 O8 x/ L6 P; s" p5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
