- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to 3 [: A! ]4 Y2 e4 i2 M
provide services for Chinese community
4 n- q5 E6 H. e. V9 R6 `! M( C- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population
: v8 _2 }; V, Z3 Z* g5 o8 M- P, X, W0 X# Z access to mainstream services
% |7 Z' l$ _- H! B5 ^5 u- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of * b$ Q( R0 G8 D1 Z v
social services
( p' j' Q2 Q0 y: Z- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
3 ?4 ?0 K& P; q0 U- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre
4 R, U/ P' t. `. \* M- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services& ?0 F. D- b; I/ s5 g6 h, E/ b
- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

- work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)

9 {1 u9 g$ U/ v- q8 z- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of

; d! S2 x1 C3 K; }: a# u- good oral and written Chinese and English skills% @4 N% n6 i0 B: T! N' m! n
- experience in community work and immigrant services9 G% `- }2 q/ i( d; [$ C( S4 F
- experience in website update/design9 m* C% m6 \3 y. _ k& E: [
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
