Position title: Community Development Worker 2 L- a4 U4 R. E" W
Term: 1-year Contract for Maternity Leave (Full time: 35 hours per week)

- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to ! J2 |9 S3 Z( Z9 F

- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population
( B0 \9 O1 }+ h5 F2 S& @3 l! \ access to mainstream services
' Y4 M* g/ d! B. g+ O- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of 6 K' {" i- L+ l! m6 K! `

- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies

- update ASSIST website

Y7 P) a7 r) a, S- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of 4 ?5 G# B4 l$ v! a! W5 v
experience and education 8 L% `5 l3 M0 c
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills& W! y) B7 p5 @5 d5 ~% J4 \' P
- experience in community work and immigrant services
# D6 G' Z7 U7 }, P7 `- experience in website update/design: _7 k: m$ a, V4 }( B1 ~4 y
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset- Q' G/ L- s- a! X+ g
