- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population 4 k/ U6 a! f. ?
access to mainstream services5 w. I# }# \ U# r" H5 z6 V0 i
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of
0 s% x: i- |- g social services% w, t" o' o$ S' V8 e
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
3 `: j5 N( m& n: G0 N- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members
- I! F9 u! Y. O' ]) L2 P- update ASSIST website+ [, o- I: G0 S3 p! K. p
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre# \0 ]/ u U: k8 G" i8 u
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

- work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of

$ v/ b, B$ w! C! c& V- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
. l, E0 @1 o s$ V, O" z5 Q$ }/ t- experience in community work and immigrant services4 Q0 |5 J" c# B4 J" d. Q# X
- experience in website update/design
4 B Y' C/ L) q- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
