Term: 1-year Contract for Maternity Leave (Full time: 35 hours per week) o' k4 [' Q1 W% _% x7 r: v

- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to 2 n# o4 J6 _3 u/ D3 g
provide services for Chinese community
. K5 v5 `/ a) d- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population # G$ ?2 H- f4 ~% @
access to mainstream services8 }$ O* V, F M) F
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of
a8 G* Z, c2 y$ s8 ? social services' P7 ~/ c8 M. K4 H$ c( @. K1 d( R
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
1 q$ r5 u$ b+ h) r; O- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

5 ?* [/ W! j1 e* v- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre

: J9 Y! _9 @+ J9 c( c6 Z; s7 O) K' i- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of 8 m* j/ o" x1 o; T
experience and education 2 J% ^) G, l3 \9 g* t. Y
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
* R8 Q. w3 ]% B" i6 M( z2 [; f. ]0 f- experience in community work and immigrant services5 l! `1 e- O! Z
- experience in website update/design
* p6 ?8 ]7 i: W9 I9 s5 z- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset9 O1 V+ H! u8 j9 {' C
