Term: 1-year Contract for Maternity Leave (Full time: 35 hours per week)

- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to / L; R$ O0 I& A, C# Y3 v
provide services for Chinese community

- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of

4 u; n5 Y5 c& d. \1 f- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
& }1 U/ e) _ |" Z2 z- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

6 X3 F3 J% ~6 e& }* n- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

* l: ~; g# [7 k2 h+ d# N$ |- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of 4 C+ q7 S: [1 C8 f+ w0 d
experience and education
# i7 `9 L2 R$ X* [- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
% Z6 t V0 b2 z) W- experience in community work and immigrant services
: `! }1 h, A r4 ~; L) }7 U- experience in website update/design
8 I, p# @5 m* a$ A7 `- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
