- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to ) V4 j _9 D) g
provide services for Chinese community
1 K4 H8 l: L: P. T0 F3 ]; h- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population
+ Z* Z0 K: P! |4 |. g% D access to mainstream services% f0 E- r& O" F! W% x
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of
9 r) j" a3 }( m: E' C8 s3 D social services
$ g5 u [1 i z( T1 |( t- \- z- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies. k) V0 |- s' ~; T
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

; l" u8 H. f( k' L/ d/ z/ K) c- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre3 q) ]2 R4 l4 Y4 C- m% |6 H
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services
" i8 s9 E- ?& ]* U- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

Qualifications
$ X' \2 p5 g4 _, ?6 K4 J- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of / x: g% A: O i8 d! B
experience and education
+ V% t5 a: m0 @6 f* I$ l- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
! j. m5 ^7 J! E' p( o: o- experience in community work and immigrant services) n- ?- c2 E) c6 {6 s; |) L' V" c9 M
- experience in website update/design8 N- r3 z" R+ ^" S4 o3 T( p
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
