9 K# X* `4 |* R. n6 h! `-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
1 p( O) @" K4 A. i7 @# Q% C" p        implementation of the Summer Camps
8 V! F* B: v( e: C7 r7 C-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
" G( n2 F, }' Z/ e- |1 R-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

1 S  R/ T3 `* o, g7 S$ V9 iQualifications:
) q  S4 _4 b. A  W3 _-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
. x7 K, |; o: C) p        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
$ _, W2 n4 ~0 ~-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
( O9 ]  w6 O" F& \-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
6 `+ s8 x4 Z: Z! Q$ r4 Q7 ~-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
, {1 A4 s/ _. B+ G) \        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
& p4 a/ K4 Y8 _; Q  \-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
-        $14.00 per hour
