-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
9 m/ K* F( _% f. U( v- J$ `        implementation of the Summer Camps
, c, R' \7 R5 \-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
6 U8 T+ E5 {7 C9 v-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
( H( Y8 q( r" _; s' `; W, _9 U  [4 ]5 u-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

) w  c" `7 a2 ^7 N% O" m1 T: {Qualifications:
. X4 g- I4 d2 S) @+ {; q  v-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
: W7 r7 O1 i7 [0 O# c8 @$ A-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
7 O. L2 o" }+ M; Q8 P0 _-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
% M. l0 _1 E" W-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
! ^0 \+ F4 I% U  R1 U-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  l' s2 E: t0 J% J5 b' W-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
( {' s  R) h" d, M5 L) o( y-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
( z7 Z4 d/ O6 c! z9 G-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
- f+ M: R& v! z' B5 j% t-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
