-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
" `+ S: i; a9 E6 Z1 Q8 P( C8 W        implementation of the Summer Camps
- O! C- O  l& i4 C4 [9 s-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
9 X/ d- I' K& D0 ?4 q$ v3 [& p# M-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
0 \0 b# f& i/ C-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

9 b- {  n2 k0 C8 I9 r" gQualifications:
' W7 l6 o0 O& G9 b0 S# t-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
/ k) f' H3 k  O( O-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
4 x3 U% s  x  @7 s; r0 u-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
3 H+ B! j8 y+ Y$ K6 h! N-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
$ r( `. ]; R. T% r$ `7 F. C-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
, v- T( f; G6 P2 C; s& P/ u, W-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
/ N* |5 F% P& O-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
1 Q3 t& X0 o! h! b-        $14.00 per hour
