- Organize, plan, and facilitate the Children’s Summer Program 9 n) C$ }4 M2 L8 o& m! ]9 W' i- q
(ages 6 to 15) ! D1 L; `3 w( [1 u
- Recruit children for summer programs
& S) k" |- t. V6 q- Recruit volunteers for summer programs

- Provide orientation for parents5 m/ s ^1 @! y' K }
- Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency; ]4 d8 N9 m) ^; C9 E! L2 v
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager: ^$ @( J* V6 o8 V. X, e
1 M$ L/ {& ^1 K9 J% B. W KQualifications:! A. G' e6 w+ f& N
- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education5 s' _3 g) {+ H, V
- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
; Z2 q9 K8 S- L6 r5 S/ _- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
' {8 a* p6 {+ u# s( A, w# o5 w- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities* K1 B+ G4 x) _1 h
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June(planning) 9 @: u8 O+ y" U9 ^- M# T
and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
