5 h: E* j0 G/ _  u  T- uWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
& i( Z4 ]8 S+ s8 W7 D' }Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
1 K; P: h# K# B$ n- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
% h% i% `4 A9 c" K- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
