% ?$ u/ E% w. p* X& _Abstract: the position provides assessment, service coordination, supportive counseling, advocacy, practical skill building and crisis intervention to adults who are living with a severe and persistent mental illness.

4 Z9 R8 |3 `/ q/ _) g0 K8 DRequired: a post-secondary degree in a human services field; relevant experience working with a mental health population; supervisory experience; excellent writing/documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; appropriate boundaries with clients; access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility in hours are required.
