How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?

5 w6 q' b: N6 ^9 R1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it;
8 X# M% n: t! K, t  a/ i! i2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;
3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;
8 w# }! ~* }! s( ^4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;
! s7 f2 G4 `' `6 C$ ~5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips;
( T. ~0 w3 P, D9 c0 R$ f- |6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).

+ c5 ]& }# n8 E0 L+ L. e1 y. o8 J$ W# uAnd another vital important point: DO NOT try to below those chips out! Most likely you will just below your mess everywhere, including your precious eyes.

When drilling into a panel box, take a magnet （or magnetic side of your level）and set it next to the hole you are drilling. This will keep all the metal shavings from flying into the panel. Just remember, it is a lot easier to remove the shavings from the magnet if you first put a plastic bag over the magnet.

从箱子里面，用duck tape 粘住要钻的区域。做一个象碗的形状。所有的金属屑都跑不掉了！
