How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?! j1 o* V, x; l# s- f
( Q7 J. U+ E, N7 d1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it;
. H% K! G6 y0 y& ^; |* V4 N2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;2 n: d+ Z h' S1 |' x h
3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;
0 [1 T+ O# I7 f; O9 z) t1 h4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;' v( Z6 Q5 H5 e
5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips;
" @ F, \/ h3 \* `2 e4 A) C6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).
