K3 X' [0 [As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business requirements, conduct impact analyses, and perform design, development, support and documentation activities in a dynamic and multi-application environment. Working under a Team Lead, you will help to develop a long term plan to replace our client's legacy applications. * \- E( m: T- ^' I/ O
As part of this endeavour, you will be responsible for performing the following type of activities:* x; g5 d- y$ u1 @5 C+ K
Convert business requirements into design specifications and prepare specifications for user sign-off.
7 W* ?6 ?3 s6 X [# v' vCreate process and data models to visually represent requirements information.
/ }4 l6 O- J/ A, i( z @/ J- ePerform system testing with internal and external clients. Provide support during various phases of testing. 5 @5 q3 ?9 I( U# Q6 d% O
Assist with the resolution of code deficiencies found during the assembly test and system test phase.
; X: O* v2 |) l; F( @4 U2 ]Support, maintain and upgrade application after it moves into production.

Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of application problems and recommend modifications.
& K- ^2 n G$ _# P7 E0 e* L- uSummarize and present key findings with recommendations for improvement. 6 z8 i& k% \! K9 J$ {
Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables.
; Z; A* C7 R3 H" i) V Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development, experience with legacy applications would be an asset* Z' |6 ?/ w1 Q4 a0 O
• A university degree in Computer Science, Commerce (MIS), or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
+ z2 ~. Z2 d2 X; `• Experience with Web Applications, VB.net, C# and/or .NET technologies an asset., Y* z8 E! r: N, ]3 F7 d6 A2 o4 X" A
• Understanding of Object Oriented design principles and the .Net Framework.; d6 G9 H5 r% q! h! ?& g* o
• Exceptional consultation skills are critical, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment.
